Our next step is to price the job based on the area’s square footage, along with any challenges like elevation, trees, or slopes, to determine the total cost of the service.
What chemicals do you use in your cleaning?
We are always upfront and honest about the products we use when it comes to cleaning. Cleaning surfaces with just water is like cleaning your dishes with no soap. We have a variety of products we use… Anything from rust removal, moss kill, deck slime…etc. They vary from organic based to biodegradable. Trust us to use the right thing to get the job done correctly.
What do I need to do to prepare for your visit?
As long as we have unrestricted access to the designated cleaning areas, we can proceed with the service. In the case of a driveway cleaning, we kindly request that you relocate your vehicles to the street. For a back patio cleaning, we ask that you clear the furniture beforehand. Moreover, if we are tasked with cleaning your siding, please ensure that all windows are securely shut. Please note that we will charge an additional fee for labor if we need to assist you in moving the furniture from the cleaning area.
